Go to Integrations
Log into your CallKate dashboard and navigate to the Integrations tab.
Select Zen Planner
Click on the Zen Planner card and click "Connect". You'll be prompted to authorize the connection.

Choose which CallKate data fields (like Caller Name, Summary, or Appointment Time) map to your fields in Zen Planner.
